Little Monkeys Gymnastics was founded in 2009 by Mel Le Boutillier, who, as Director and Head Coach, brings over 30 years of gymnastics experience. A former gymnast herself, Mel also coached her daughter Matilda, who has continued the family’s passion as a qualified coach.
Mel established Little Monkeys to make gymnastics accessible to young children in Jersey, from toddlers up to 6 years old. Our goal is to offer fun and safe classes that engage children, support their physical, social, and emotional growth, and give them the confidence to be their best—all while having fun.
We’ve had lots of questions and enquires lately, and everyone’s been asking what’s happening with Little Monkeys after the closure of Fort Regent this December.
Don’t worry! We’re thrilled to announce that Little Monkeys will be moving to a brand-new gymnastics facility at Oakfield Sports Centre, located on Wellington Road, starting 1st October.
All current classes will remain the same, with a few exciting new ones being added in January 2026!
