Monkey Mayhem Birthday Parties

Gymnastic Parties are held in the arena at Fort Regent. This is the perfect party with proper gymnastics equipment, including a sprung floor, foam pit, big air tracks, soft matting, mini trampolines, bars to swing on, beams to balance on, a bubble machine, and lots more fun equipment for rolling and jumping.

Parties are for children walking up to 6 years. The maximum number of children is 30, but we can accommodate a few extra; please let us know. Parties take place on Sundays from 12:30 PM, but we can arrange other dates if available.

The whole party includes 1½ hours of gymnastics arena gym hire, which covers eating time, a member of staff to oversee the party, access to all gymnastics equipment, and music supplied.

We do not provide food or drinks, as we do not have a food license, but you can bring your own party-style food, which must be in separate boxes for each child. Alternatively, you can arrange food with the Fort Regent Café at a separate cost and eat it at the café after the 1½ hour gym party finishes.

If bringing a birthday cake, don’t forget the matches and candles. Coaches will set up the gym for the session and will be in attendance throughout to organize and oversee the gymnastic activities (all coaches are CRB and police checked).

Safety:

• The party organizer must ensure that the parents of all children attending are aware that this is a gymnastics party and that the activities will take place in the gym. It must also be made clear that the children should be dressed appropriately for such activities and must remove all jewelry before entering the gym.

 

Important Information:

• The coaches in attendance have the authority to:
  • Prohibit any activity that they consider to be dangerous or undesirable and to restrict or prohibit the use of items of equipment or areas of the gym as necessary.
  • Refuse entry to the gym for any child who is not suitably dressed or who, in the view of the coach, is not able to safely use the apparatus due to injury, illness, or inappropriate behavior. Children with limbs in plaster will not be allowed to participate in the session.
• Any child who does not allow photos on social media must be communicated to the coaches running the party. It is the responsibility of the birthday child’s parents or guardians to convey this information.
